This new creation encapsulates a plethora of our favourite ingredients; new season garlic, a wide variety of bloody hot chillies and the glorious vegetable that is lovage. Lovage has a robust flavour, similar yet more intense than celery, with savoury notes comparable to parmesan cheese and yeast. Its complex mineral composition brings a deep umami profile to the taste buds that’s nothing short of pleasurable.

Use this unique and VERY hot sauce whenever necessary (always). Give it a go mixed with mayo to soften the blow. Enhance red pasta sauce with a dash. Try a new twist on a classic and drizzle it lovage-ly over cream cheese as an addition to a charcuterie board.
